Special Requirement for those who are ACA-eligible to be offered Health Insurance
Does anyone know if there is a special requirement through the ACA that all new hires who are eligible must either accept or waive health insurance coverage from their employer through self-service. If they WAIVE health insurance then they must present proof (via documentation) to the employer that they have their own health insurance? If this is a requirement, is there delivered functionality for this in PeopleSoft?
