Getting siebel 19.12 patch error'Backup failed.cannot be proceed with installation'

in Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC) Question

Hi All

While applying Siebel IP 19.12 Patchset getting error ‘Backup failed cannot proceed with installation’  for Siebel IP 17 base version( server  patch as well as tool) on windows 2012.

From Log the error is

SEVERE: \Siebel19_Prep\1_ImageFiles_Java_Siebel_17.0_19.12\19.12\Siebel_Install_Image\19.12.0.0.update\Windows\Server\Siebel_Enterprise_Server\Disk1\stage\langs\sv\Disk1\stage\patchfilelist.txt (The system cannot find the path specified)

  1. java.io.FileNotFoundException.

Tried all best possibilities but no luck.

Please suggest for the same.
