Shipping and Selling from different orgs

Hi All,

I have a basic requirement where one OU books the order from customer and another OU ships the items to the customer. No supplier involved and no intercompany program to be processed.

Inventory warehouses are in different orgs.

Can anyone suggest the best solution to implement this.
