Can P4312 update Memo Lot 3 in F4108?

The app has fields for Memo Lot 1 (LOT1) and Memo Lot 2 (LOT2), but I do not see anything for Memo Lot 3 (LOT3).  Is this functionality present and we need an ESU or it is not available via PO Receipts?
