Webcenter sites stops responding during content publishing

Hi team,

I´m have a problem when i publish content in web center sites, the manager server  of web center sites stops responding. i have to restart the managed server to this server respond again.

searching in the log view recurring  this error

"[STUCK] ExecuteThread: '121' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'" #356 daemon prio=1 os_prio=0 tid=0x00007f770409c800 nid=0x3707 waiting for monitor entry [0x00007f764b570000]

               java.lang.Thread.State: BLOCKED (on object monitor)

                    at com.fatwire.search.util.AssetQueueIndexSourceUtil.processAll(AssetQueueIndexSourceUtil.java:180)

                    - waiting to lock <0x00000002f317baf8> (a java.lang.Class for com.fatwire.search.util.AssetQueueIndexSourceUtil)
