EPY : Extra Withholding Not Being Updated The First Time The Amount Is Changed On The 2020 W-4 Form.

Does anyone know exactly when this occurs? I tried adding additional amount for 1st time on first 2020 update and also changing additional amount on the first 2020 update both changes appeared on tax data page. Note: We are using classic page. Does the issue apply to classic?
