Programming Suggestion to PYYE_W2NOTFY Process

Could we have an update to the PYYE_W2NOTFY process so that it only looks for email accounts for employee who either have a W2 in the calendar year or who was not terminated prior to the calendar year?   We always experience errors for terminated employees when we no longer have a business or personal email address in the system, some of them have been terminated for many years.   If it is difficult to make this programming change, how about considering adding an option in the business/personal email section that allows for employers to check "exclude" so the program will automatically ignore these employees?
