Shell Workspace Views

We have a small shell heirachy.  It's Aviation Dept/Projects --> Project Managers --> Projects.

Before we updated our system to Version 19 When I went to our Aviation Dept/Projects shell I could choose the 'Project Manager View' which then showed me the PM Names and if I clicked on one I'd see their projects.  And if I clicked on 'Projects' I'd just see the listing of ALL our project since this is our lowest level shell. 

Now when I go to the Aviation Dept/Projects level and to Workspaces, the view is the same for both Project Manager and Projects. And it's not never in alphabetical order.  It's different each time I go there.  We've been using the Find On Page feature to help locate projects but this grouping by PM name when our view is set to Projects is a pain.
