CRS-6705: Oracle Clusterware Release Version ('12.2.0.1.0') does not match Software Version ('19.0.0

Hi all,

Oracle grid 12 to 19 upgrade process ended with some errors,

After crs has restarted Clusterware cannot be started.

[root@OraDB-01-Lab ~]# crsctl start crs

CRS-6705: Oracle Clusterware Release Version ('12.2.0.1.0') does not match Software Version ('19.0.0.0.0'). Oracle Clusterware cannot be started.

CRS-4000: Command Start failed, or completed with errors.

Is there some solution around this issue?
