Change format of existing Accounting Calendar

Hi, we have an Oracle EBS R12.2.8 instance in the healthcare industry that has been live since 2014. With some years of experience using the solution we would now like to change the name format of the common accounting calendar from using the format "Jan-19" to the format "2019-01". We would like to do this for past, current and future periods in order to retain consistency in naming standard accross the solution. However, this is not possible from front-end and we would like to know if anyone has experience with such a change using scripts approved from Oracle support:
