Is there a way to display the label instead of the value of the data element?

Hi Everyone,

I tried creating 3 fields. District 1 , District 2, District hidden.

The District Hidden field has a formula which is to concatenate the District 1 and District 2.

This is the result

As per checking, the value is the one that becomes the output for the District hidden field.

Is there a way for the label to be the output on the District hidden field?
