Known issues for Requisitions getting set to source_status of "Complete"

Hi we are working in Peoplesoft 9.1 and ePro.

We've had a few instances where a requisition has been approved but the source status is somehow already set to "Complete. So no POs can be created.

I did see this one issue on oracle support, but don't think this is it nor could we recreate it

Requisition is Getting Created with Source Status of "Sourcing Complete" (Doc ID 1136420.1).  I think this is Purchasing module and not Peoplesoft.

Anything else anyone may be aware of?
