We are upgrading to an ODA using the ODACLI tool set. On th

We currently have an X4-2 running oak 12.2.1.4.0 on the oakcli toolset.  We will be switching over to an X7-2S running 18.5.0.0.0 (will be applying latest patch bundle) on the odacli toolset.  I notice the new odacli toolset has database backup commands.  Can we continue to use rman scripts to backup our databases as we always have or should we use the new odacli database backup commands.  What is the advantage or having these commands instead of just using rman?
