Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi Friends,

In iSupport R12.1.3: Not able to setup layout for Custom Responsibilities.

ð Created custom Responsibilities IBU Primary User PRE, IBU Guest User PRE, IBU Employee User PRE , assigned the seeded responsibilities menu .

ð Mapping has done for below custom responsibilities
ð Not able to see any layout contents to setup for below custom Responsibility
Also tried by bouncing the Apache server multiple times but no luck.

I am able to see home page with defined layout for seeded responsibilities.

Attached the issue screen shots for your reference ..

Can you please help me on this.
