Can't associate corporate Price Guide to price change/promotion

Hi,

I created several price guides at corporate level and want to use them with price change and/or promotions.

The thing is that they just don't appear when opening the drop-down box... is says no data...

But if I create a price guide at department level... this one is available to use...

Can anyone tell me the reason for that behavior?

Is there any configuration I missed for price guide?

How do I associate a corporate price guide to a PC or promo?
