Ran Time entry batch processor twice
We had a processor run the batch time entry (R05116Z1I) final update twice
It appears that many, but not all employees were duplicated for hours, in two separate batches.
Unfortunately the batches are stored on the server where payroll cannot access, waiting on some IT support.
What are the steps to remove all the hours and start over with this version of payroll?
I would guess the hours are all in time entry now, so we will need to clear them.
Any help would be appreciated.
