W4 - Dependent Claim not taking into cosideration

Hello,

I am wondering if we are doing something wrong with our new W4 form setup because the tax calculation is ignoring the dependent claim that we entered.

If installed ESU JM22698, upgraded Vertex to the latest version and also implemented the December latest Vertex data update.
