trx date of invoice is 01-MAR-2019, but billing date is 20-MAR-2019

Hi,

In the billing form , start date is 20-MAR-2019, but in trx date in AR invoice workbench form., date is showing 01-MAR-2019.

what is  the way to control this, our requirment is that "trx date should be same as billing start date" , it should not be earlier than billing start date.
