HSiebel IP 16 Opatch error 'Inventory load failed... OPatch cannot load inventory for the given Orac

Hi All,

We are facing issue for Siebel IP 16 Opatch output its throwing error as follows

'Inventory load failed... OPatch cannot load inventory for the given Oracle Home.'

LsInventorySession failed: LsInventory cannot create the log directory \sba81\cfgtoollogs\opatch\lsinv\lsinventory2020-01-15_10-49-29AM.txt

OPatch failed with error code = 73

Under Opatch logs it throws error

SEVERE:OUI-67028:Inventory load failed... OPatch cannot load inventory for the given Oracle Home.

Possible causes are:

   Oracle Home dir. path does not exist in Central Inventory

   Oracle Home is a symbolic link

   Oracle Home inventory is corrupted

SEVERE:OUI-67073:LsInventorySession failed: OracleHomeInventory gets null oracleHomeInfo
