Insert/ Updatable custom columns in Oracle workflow Approval page

Dear Oracle gurus,

     We have requirement like One of the approval can provide couple of fields along with Approval button like new Fields % Salary, New Salary Basic and New Salary total.

      My Question here is, can we make approval page as new free text field so, approval can add appropriate field and then click on Approval Button,

      Requesting your support on this.

      Your help will be appreciated.
