Does PeopleSoft have a method to upload raises to JOB/COMPENSATION other than using CI_JOB_DATA?

I have used the CI in the past, but with almost 2,000 raises it is very slow and time consuming.  I looked in the COMPENSATION module, but our employees don’t have  a set raise ex. All receiving 3% or receiving X% for various performance ratings.  I would really like to upload a file and call the CI_JOB_DATA but was wondering if there is something delivered that will accomplish this or something similar.
