Assign Retro limits not automatically populating Hire Date

HCM Version 9.2; PUM 31:  On the Assign Retro Limits page the No Retro Processing Before date field is not automatically updating when an employee is provisioned into the Absence Management System on Job. Field is having to be manually updated for all Newly hired employees.
