This patch appears to break to re-break the fix of:

OEM 13C : Patches Installed On Agent Not Listed Under "Patches Applied" Section of the Agent Oracle Home Target Page in OEM Console ( Doc ID 2518404.1 )

After applying this patch, we can no longer see the patches of the Agent in the Oracle Home.

Tested only on Windows so far.

Anyone else experienced this problem?
