[Siebel 8.1.1.11 PS17 IP13/AIX] HTTPSleepTime issue or not working

Hi everyone,

I have an issue with the user property HTTPSleepTime and Business Service "EAI HTTP Transport".
When the destination web service is not accessible for network cause or crash, Siebel is waiting near 75s (AIX network timeout) before returning the flag Timeout = true.

But when thousands users call the same service, a collapse of the Siebel server appears.
