Why can't we enter an incident off premises with an establishment id?
Our users are trying to run their annual OSHA 300 logs. We have found that they must have an establishment listed in order to get the incidents to show up on the report. In order to list an establishment on the incident, they must choose "occurred on premises" and enter a location first. Our users have many incidents that occur in the field, they don't want to list it as on premises.
This is what they want, but can only get it by checking the box, entering a setid and location then selecting the establishment and finally deselecting the box. According to the users, they used to be able to do this before we moved to HCM 9.2.
