Statement of Earnings Jumping To Old Dates

HI,

Ever since we applied RUP13 in September of 2019, we have an issue when going into the Statement of Earnings.  It is not pulling up the most recent statement of earnings for the employee (it is pulling up random older dates) OR when you hit previous it takes you to random older dates OR we get a message pop up that there are no more SOE's for the employee (which is not accurate).

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue?
