Issues with Peoplesoft Display when accessed via Cisco Clientless vpn

We are having several issues with Peoplesoft when accessed through a vpn. The display is not right; the rendering is unpredictable.
Different versions depending on Browser. Examples below. Display errors seen with classic and fluid content.
Has anyone had issues with Peoplesoft access through a vpn?
