Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Timezone V34 availabity for Windows running 18 or 19c.

I'm searching for a timezone v34 patch for the 18c database running on Windows but only find one for 12.2 on windows.

Does anyone know why its not supplied for anything later than 12.2 on Windows?
