How to migrate data files from one storage to another

Hi all, currently I've been assign to research on ways on how to migrate oracle files (binary files, data files & temp files) from 1 storage to another storage.

Reason why is due to the current storage hardware is already EOL & no longer supported, thus we need to move the whole oracle database to a new storage. May I know what is the most effective way of doing this?
