DB 19c pathing: is OCW required/recommended?

Hi all!

I'm moving to 19c and just started playing with 19c setup and patching.

I installed 19c to create a single instances setup and all database files are placed in a filesystem (no clustering at all, no ASM).

I noticed that the 19c setup includes 19.3.0.0, i.e. it includes both DB RU 19.3.0.0 and OCW RU 19.3.0.0.

After installing the latest RU, opatch tells me that I have DB RU 19.5.0.0 and OCW RU 19.3.0.0.

That does not look perfect to me. Should I add the OCW patch, too? Do you have any link to MOS document explaining what is the recoomended patching?
