The request "Periodic Acquisition Cost Adjustment Processor" did not pick IPV amount

Hi, Sir

Please help us on the below issue.

The request "Periodic Acquisition Cost Adjustment Processor" did not pick IPV amount 286 USD.

The AP invoice has two lines one with the item with amount ZERO and the second line with 286 USD as IPV.

When the user submit the "Periodic Acquisition Cost Adjustment Processor" it picked all the IPV except this invoice ! Why ?

Also please be informed that the AP invoice is on Mar-19 and the receipt of the item is on Apr-19.
