Hello Why I can't found 30446296 Bundle patch for RDBMS 12.2 on Windows 32/64

Hello, From this document:

Critical Patch Update (CPU) Program Jan 2020 Patch Availability Document (PAD) (Doc ID 2602410.1)

I tried to go to patch download page for 12.2.0.1 release on Windows Patch following this links:

Microsoft Windows 32-Bit and x86-64 BP 12.2.0.1.200114 Patch 30446296, or later;

And I just received this answer:

Details for Patch 30446296 not found.

What is happening ?

My last BP applyed is: WINDOWS DB BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.0.1.191015(64bit):30150416
