Not able to print french characters using sqr report.

French characters are not able to print using sqr report.

We have added below encoding in sqr.ini.

encoding =cp1258 in common section

Encoding-database=utf8 in environment section: oracle

after adding above parameters, pdf output is correct but printer output is still showing other characters.

Issue:

(3ème étage droite) characters printed as on printer (3£me Otage droite)

(DIAGONAL Nº 440, 1º 1ª) characters printed as on printer DIAGONAL N” 440, 1” 1“

Can anyone help to resolve this issue?
