Migrating FDMEE Essbase to FDMEE Planning

Background:
When trying to migrate FDMEE application from old data center to new data center, found that the FDMEE target applications are created as Essbase (in legacy old data center) instead of Planning (both are in EPM 11.1.2.4).
The history behind that was created is: in old data center, these were migrated using standard FDM to FDMEE Migration utility and got created on the target environment. Oracle had released this migration utility for 11.1.2.4. However since our 11.1.2.2 FDM was using the Target applications as Essbase, same was migrated to FDMEE after discussing with Oracle Support team.
Now we are trying to fix the same (creating target application as planning) we are getting issues. Please refer the error.
