Roadblocked Replacing IPA v3 servers when adding an IPA v4 as master

in Linux Operating System (MOSC) Question

I have three attempts to add an ipa server of ipa v4 as a CA Master, CA Replica master, LDAP master, and NTP master into a realm that currently has an ipa v3 master, an ipa v3 replica, and an ipa v4 replica so that I can remove and retire the ipa v3 servers. All attempts have failed. All have failed at the same point. Oracle Support requested a web collaboration session to walk through the failed process after the second failed attempt. As this is a production environment we could not do so at the time. We have scheduled
