Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Oracle Depot Repair - Promise Date Vanishes on UPDATE repair order status

Our custom pkg calculates the promise date and commits at back end.

If we update the repair order status manually without form refreshing or requiring, the committed promise date vanishes.
