W2 not printing 2 states

Hi

My W2s are not printing 2 states.  I have selected the "Print 2 States per W2" option in the year end build but all second states continue to print on a separate W2.

I recently changed the Home State field in the Payroll Revisions form to be the work state but that did not work either.

Is there something I'm missing?
