Announcement: 2019 Employer Shared Responsibility Reporting Under the Affordable Care Act - Phase I

The 2019 Employer Shared Responsibility Reporting Under the Affordable Care Act - Phase I  Patch has been Released.

This patch includes the 1095-C 2019 changes.

The deadline for providing 2019 Forms 1095-C to individuals has been extended from January 31st, 2020 to March 2nd, 2020. Note that the deadline for electronically reporting these forms along with the 1094-C is still March 31st.
