Automated Benefits Billing enrollment

Hello All,

I  was wondering if anyone has automated enrollment into Benefits Billing using Ben Admin. We would like to enroll employees going on LOA without PAY into Benefits Billing. This is so that we can bill them for their Benefits when they return. I  was able to get this to work by turning on Benefits Billing on the COBRA event. I  was interested in finding out if this could be done with only LOA.
