Can Beneficiary designated amount field take decimal values?

We have an employee turn in a newly completed beneficiary form.  They want to split the benefit between 5 people, with some getting 12.5% and another 37.5%.  However, the system will not allow me to do a decimal.  The form does not say that they must round to the nearest whole number. Can PS be changed so that it will allow a decimal?
