Newly Created BSSV Instance fails to start after First package deployment

Hi All,

Newly Created BSSV Instance fails to start after first package deployment.

Create a BSSV instance on WLS. After deploying the first package, BSSV instance goes to failed status while corresponding JVM container is still running.

checked under deployments tab of JVM Container,Deployment is in status "New" but when i  try to start the BSSV instance, Deployment status change to failed.
