Hello, Can anyone please provide some guide lines to generate RTLOG's via Weblogic v12 from the Xcen

I already follow up the xstoresuite-180-merch-1602-impg.pdf Doc and install all the steps but no success on RTLOG's generation. All the Xstore suite "Office and servise" is installed and it works well comnutication between them POS and Xcenter/Xadmin. The part that is missing is the RTLOG generation. The setup it's done via weblogic following the documentation into the RTLG Generator topic from this DOC.

I need help to understand what is misiing or additional information that I need to do and at this moment is missing.
