E1 Page UNAVAIBLE from TR 9.0 to upgrade 9.2 JDE

--Bug 22860896 : AFTER UPGRADE TO 9.2 CANNOT SEE E1PAGE--

Hi,

How many look the E1 pages just published in TR 9.0 but not avaible in TR 9.2? We have TR.9.2 version but JDE 9.1 version. We don't see the voice  "Manage content" follow the menu voice "Personalization" in log out window/section
