Where to signal typos in the Oracle documentation?

Hello,

I've noticed a typo in the Oracle documentation but I don't know where to signal it. The typo is here, in the 19c SQL Language Reference, "Desupported Features" :

Oracle Steams is desupported .

Unless I'm not aware of Oracle dealing with turbines I guess "Streams" was meant. Where can we address these kind of issues?
