Migrating from Oracle 11g ASM RAC to 19g NON-RAC file system.

We are in the process of migrating from a RAC database to a  NON-RAC database housed on file system.  There are a lot of procedures for moving from non-rac to rac, but hardly anything migrating from rac to non-rac.  In the process, we will also be upgrading to a new oracle version.  Any suggestions?
