DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: Fail to start hand shake to localhost:7070

Hi,

After install ODA x7-2S version 18.5.0.0 and configure-fisrtnet show me error:

[root@oak u01]# /opt/oracle/dcs/bin/odacli update-repository -f /u01/odacli-dcs-18.5.0.0.0-190416-GI-18.5.0.0.zip

DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: Fail to start hand shake to localhost:7070.

[root@oak u01]# /opt/oracle/dcs/bin/odacli list-jobs

DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: Fail to start hand shake to localhost:7070.

[root@oak u01]#

[root@oak u01]# initctl stop initdcsagent

initdcsagent stop/waiting

[root@oak u01]# /opt/oracle/dcs/bin/odacli update-repository -f /u01/odacli-dcs-18.5.0.0.0-190416-GI-18.5.0.0.zip

DCS-10033:Service DCS_AGENT is down.

[root@oak u01]# initctl start initdcsagent

initdcsagent start/running, process 19134
