Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

January patch location

I received my January patch notice, I cannot find the actual patches anywhere. When I do a search all I get back are the 2019 patchsets. Has anyone else faced a similar problem, I go to the notice but there are no links from the notice to the actual software. I have a 3 day timeline to get these vulnerabilities cleared if  anyone has a link to the January patches for DB 12.2.0.1 Win 64 X86 I would really appreciate it.
