Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Why does the PO change API fail to update price in a std PO with GBPA reference

We are using Global Blanket Purchase Agreements. We check the ALLOW PRICE OVERRIDE flag. Also set a reasonable price limit.

Then we create standard POs from requisitions.

If we try to change the price on this std PO, it gives warnign but ultimately changes the price and gets reapproved.

If we try this using the API, it fails.

Is it supposed to be standard functionality?
