12c (remote) upgrade to 19c

     Good morning, 

     I have to upgrade a 12c database to 19c. The 12c database is in a separate sever than the server where the 19c database will reside. Can this be done using dbua or what would be the best way to do this? Any information would would be greatly appreciated.
