W-2 issue with Oregon WBF tax type GM printing in box 20

Hello,

We just took the ESU for the Oregon transit tax to print in box 14 and now we are getting the Oregon workers benefit fund printing in box 20, but here is the really wierd part, it is generating a spearate W-2 to print box 20.  Has anyone seen this?  Am i missing some set up?  We dont have anything set up in the special handling.  Anyone offer me some help?
